Why don't you have an office in the middle of town?
Times are changing for estate agents. Nowadays estate agents shops are more about advertising the estate agent than they are about advertising your property. Serious buyers no longer waste time by visiting lots of estate agents in a town. The vast majority of house hunters now use the internet to search for their next home and then contact the agent marketing the property. When was the last time you actually went into an estate agents?

Do you do all the things a 'traditional' estate agent would do?
Everything and more. As you would expect we provide a free no-obligation market appraisal, arrange and attend viewings. We produce full colour brochures with floor plans and maps which can be downloaded from the internet. What we also provide is an interactive for-sale board where anyone can text the unique number on the board and get details of your property direct to their mobile. We also offer video walkthroughs for all our clients as well as targeted Google AdWords campaigns.

Are you an Internet Estate Agent?
No. We are a normal estate agent. We combine the best elements of a traditional estate agent; Personal Service & Local Knowledge, with the use of the latest technology to sell homes quickly and cheaply.

How can you sell my house and charge so little?
By using the latest technology to market your property, not driving around in expensive cars and not having to maintain an expensive high street shop-front we are able to pass on these savings to you. All our properties are advertised on over 35 top internet sites. Click here for the full list. Once in a while we list our properties in the local press. We also erect one of our for-sale boards each of which displays a unique number which allows anyone to text and get details of your property direct to their mobile phone, including photos of the property if they have a WAP enabled phone. We think this is an important marketing tool that gives prospective purchasers access to your property details 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Why don't you advertise in the local press every week?
In the same way that a high street shop doesn't sell your property, newspaper adverts are more about advertising the estate agent than they are about advertising your property. We don’t believe our clients should have to cover that cost through increased sales fees.

Could I list my property with another estate agent as well as Esjape Properties?
We're so confident that we will sell your property more quickly than the competition that we don't mind if you want to list your property with another agent as well as us. Please be aware that some agencies charge a premium if you don't give them 'sole agency' rights.

Can I come and see you?
Of course you can. Nothing can replace a face to face meeting and it gives confidence that you’re dealing with local people and not some fly by night Web Company. We always happy to meet you at the place most convenient for you. If you want to come to our office you're more than welcome. Give us a ring beforehand and we'll even get the kettle on.
