for the full list. Once in a while we list our
properties in the local press. We also erect one
of our for-sale boards each of which displays
a unique number which allows anyone to text and
get details of your property direct to their mobile
phone, including photos of the property if they
have a WAP enabled phone. We think this is an
important marketing tool that gives prospective
purchasers access to your property details 24
hours a day, seven days a week.
Why don't
you advertise in the local press every week?
In the same way that a high street shop doesn't
sell your property, newspaper adverts are more
about advertising the estate agent than they are
about advertising your property. We don’t
believe our clients should have to cover that
cost through increased sales fees.
Could I
list my property with another estate agent as
well as Esjape Properties?
We're so confident that we will sell your property
more quickly than the competition that we don't
mind if you want to list your property with another
agent as well as us. Please be aware that some
agencies charge a premium if you don't give them
'sole agency' rights.
Can I come
and see you?
Of course you can. Nothing can replace a face
to face meeting and it gives confidence that you’re
dealing with local people and not some fly by
night Web Company. We always happy to meet you
