you are probably aware the economic slowdown and in particular the
tightening up of lending criteria by the financial institutions
has led to a stagnation of the housing market.
Unfortunately as a new company we do not have the benefit of surplus funds from previous years’ trading to see us through these lean times. It is with regret that we have to inform you that Esjape Properties Ltd has now ceased trading. Until the end of August 2008 you can still see the
