...'Steven Pejica who runs online estate agency Esjape (www.esjape.com) from an office on the outskirts of Huddersfield, has very few overheads, which has allowed him to undercut some of his competitors. Although he doesn't think online agencies will replace the traditional estate agency completely, he says "When I was looking to start the business I asked around and estate agencies said that footfall in their offices was negligible. that's one of the reasons I decided to trade primarily online. Selling houses is made for the internet because it's visual. People haven't got time to pore over long, eloquent prose. They want to see pictures'......
