No Sale, No Fee
That's all we have to say really. If we don't sell your property, you don't pay us a penny.

No Sole Agency Agreement
We're so confident that we can sell your property that we don't force you into a sole agency agreement. Please be aware that if you ask another agency to sell your property as well, they may charge you even if we sell your property!

No Minimum Term Contract
We know you'll be happy with our service and that we can sell your property faster than anyone else. However if you did decide to take your property off the market, for whatever reason, just give us seven days notice in writing and that's it. You can walk away with nothing to pay. Please be aware that if you were to subsequently sell your property to someone we had introduced, then you would still be liable to our fees.

No Withdrawal Fee
Could someone please explain this to us? With some estate agents, even if they don't sell your property, you could be liable to a fee if you put your property back on the market with someone else. We don't think this is right, so we don't do withdrawal fees.

Free, Realistic, No Obligation Market Appraisal
The price we suggest will be based upon the current market conditions, the current demand for properties of that type in the local area and the condition of the property. We would advise that you have at least three independent appraisals before putting your property on the market.

Our professional full colour brochures which include floorplans and directions will show your property in its best light and can be downloaded from our website.
